Water Haven Park Splash Pad Rules
WATER HAVEN SPLASH PAD RULES

Hours of Operation – (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.)

March through October

To operate spray features step on silver plate located inside the target on the splash pad. To restart features step on target again.

•Amenity Devices are required for entry/use of the facilities.

•Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied at all times by an individual 18 years of age or older. Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times.

Clear the splash pad area for a period of 30 minutes when lightning is spotted.

•No glass containers in the splash pad, park or pavilion area.

•No food permitted on splash pad.

•No pets are allowed in the splash pad area.

•Smoking, alcohol and drugs are prohibited on premises.

•No skateboards or wheeled vehicles allowed on the splash pad or in pavilion areas.

•Profanity, improper behavior and or intoxication are not allowed.

•No climbing on top of spray features.

•Pool furniture and or picnic tables are not permitted on the splash pad.

•No running, pushing, wrestling, ball playing, or causing undue disturbance on or around the splash pad area will be tolerated.

•Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the splash pad area.

•All non-toilet-trained babies must wear swim diapers.

•It is requested that any individuals infected with a communicable disease, please not enter the splash pad facility for at least two weeks.

•Members will be held responsible for the actions of their guests and children.

•Management will not be held responsible for loss or damage of any personal property of any kind.

•Non-Service Animals Prohibited.

•Changing of Diapers Within 6 Feet of The Water Feature is Prohibited.

•Use of The Water Feature If Ill with a Contagious Disease is Prohibited.

•Do Not Drink Water From the Water Feature.

•Use of the Water Feature When Ill With Diarrhea is Prohibited.

The splash pad may be closed or its use limited at any time because of weather, operational difficulties, and or overcrowding.
